Regular Meeting Dates
Board Meetings:
The 9-member board meets on the first Thursday of each month at the MCERA Headquarters located at 1 McInnis Parkway, San Rafael, California.
Technical Committee Meetings:
The Technical Committee meets on the third Monday of each month at 10:00am at the Marin Civic Center, 3501 Civic Center Parkway, San Rafael, California.
Executive Committee Meetings:
The Executive Committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 10:00am at the Marin Civic Center, 3501 Civic Center Parkway, San Rafael, California.

Protocol on Timing

Board packets will be distributed to Board members on the Thursday before the meeting date and posted on the website.

All public comments must be submitted by close of business the day before the Board meeting to be included in Board material distributed on the day of the meeting.

Any staff report addendum material will be posted on the website by 1:00pm on the day of the meeting.

Audio recording of the MEA Board meeting will be posted on the website no later than one week after the meeting date.
