The business plan presents a proposal for Marin to form a regional CCA program serving the unincorporated areas of the County as well as eleven cities located within the County's geographic boundary. As required by AB 117, in order to implement a CCA program an Implementation Plan must be submitted to the California Public Utilities Commission. ThisImplementation Plan was approved by the MEA Board of Direcotrs on December 3, 2009 and submitted tot he CPUC on December 4.
On January 7, 2010, this final response to the Grand Jury Report on Marin Clean Energy was approved by the MEA Board of Directors at a regular meeting of the Board on January 7, 2010.
